We have divided our services into three packages to simplify our cooperation with clients. It allows them to select the specific services that best meet their needs.

What's included:

    To maintain and strengthen existing bank relationships.
    To establish new bank relationships with other financial institutions, if necessary, and facilitate the opening of a bank account, completing Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and securing credit facilities for the Client's commercial activities.
    To assign a dedicated professional operator who will assist the Client with all daily operational matters.
    To implement a comprehensive reporting system for tracking trading positions and monitoring all volume and financial transactions conducted by the Client.
    To assign a dedicated professional operator who will assist the Client with all daily operational matters.
    To execute the signing of invoices and contracts upon request.
    To facilitate payments on behalf of the Client, if necessary.
    To oversee and manage the Client's financing activities within the designated banks.
    To structure the Client's trading deals in collaboration with the banks.
    To obtain financing approvals from the banks on behalf of the Client.
    To engage in negotiations with the banks on behalf of the Client to secure favourable terms and conditions.

What's included:

    To offer comprehensive bookkeeping services.
    To compile the necessary documentation and files for the annual audit of the Client's financial statements, to be conducted by a reputable auditing firm in Switzerland.
    To provide clarifications and support to the auditor regarding complex financial statements and transactions.
    To assist with all tax-related matters, including Value Added Tax (VAT), cantonal taxes, and federal taxes, and complete the annual tax filing as well as quarterly VAT filings.

What's included:

    To manage official correspondence with local Swiss authorities on behalf of the company and/or provide a registered address (company domiciliation) and mail services, including mailbox, phone, and fax.
    To assist with document legalization and fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
    To provide support with general company administration tasks.
