Both companies handle website enquiries and access submitted details. For either company, contact info@bienrock.ch.

What we use

We use your contact details and messages to answer enquiries and discuss services. Technical information, including IP addresses, supports website delivery and security. Optional Google Analytics measures website use only with your consent. Where GDPR applies, our bases are pre-contract steps you request, legitimate interests in business communication and security, and consent for optional analytics.

Providers and international processing

We use Google Workspace for correspondence, monday.com for managing enquiries, Web3Forms for form delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and Google Analytics for statistics. Both Bienrock companies can access enquiries. Providers use international infrastructure, including processing outside Switzerland and the EEA. Their processing and transfer terms are available from Google, monday.com, Web3Forms and Cloudflare. These describe applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards; processing is not limited to Switzerland.

Storage and your rights

We retain enquiries and correspondence for at least five years, and longer where needed for the client relationship, legal obligations or claims. Provider technical records and analytics follow their service settings and retention terms. Our analytics cookies and saved cookie choices expire after 180 days.

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email info@bienrock.ch. You can complain to Switzerland’s FDPIC, Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon or another competent authority. Change analytics consent through Cookie Settings in the footer.
